- 8-10 years of experience in similar position
- Knowledge of accounting best practices and regulations

- Provide advanced service information and respond to complex homeowner questions about their needs.
- Record and process homeowner orders selecting the most appropriate approach based on predefined options.
- Liaise with other units to solve any homeowner complaint within the requested duration.
- Respond to basic and advanced homeowner issues such as inquiries, exchanges, and complaints; escalate appropriately.
- Make calls to allocated homeowners to develop relationships. Provide a first point of contact for resolving homeowner queries and complaints.
- Enter relevant information into the CRM system after each contact with a homeowner to ensure that the organization has quality data to enable effective customer retention.
