Responsible for organizational development including performance management system, training system, HR Policies and structures.
Qualification, skills & knowledge:
Job Requirements:
– 3-5 years of experience in the same filed.
– Experience in PMS, competencies & training is a must.
– Bachelor degree.
– English is excellent.
– FMCG experience is preferable.
– Female is preferable
Work Location: Beverly Hills, El Sheikh Zayed
