Production & Capex Controller (Obour Plant)

JOB PURPOSE

Ensure high level of efficiency and effectiveness of Production & Capex controlling in terms of monitoring Capex spending and production efficiency. And to control the spare parts inventory spending and month end reconciliation.

JOB SCOPE

Production losses controlPreparing production losses tracking with identifying the root cause of the losses.Work as a business partner with the production team to support them to have better performance and reduce the level of Raw & Pack material losses.Ensure accurate results of losses and create a simulative sheet for material losses.Prepare protein and fat mapping to keep track on their losses.Responsible for monitoring the budget productivity of material losses.Capex controlTracking Capex spending on weekly basis and reconciling it with the accounting department.Monitor the Capex spending versus budget.Responsible for Capex closing and ensure properly closure in the fixed asset register.Responsible for fixed asset physical count and tagging according to the company’s fixed asset policiesSpare parts inventory controlEnsure incoming spare parts are received and managed appropriately according to company procedure.Conducting physical counts for inventorial items on yearly basisSpare parts spending by cost center.Monthly reconciliation with accounting.

Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting Or Finance major is a must.From 1 to 3 years of experience in the controlling department, preferable in FMCGs
