Automotive Group located in New Cairo is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support the CEO of well-known Automotive Group.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinates & manages leadership’s meetings, creates agendas, records meeting minutes calendar and paperwork, in a timely and accurate manner.
Organize meetings, events, visits in terms of agenda, logistics preparation and inform allimpacted parties in adequate time.
Draft reports, emails, proposals, prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with partners and prospects.
Attend internal and external business events and meetings with top management and manage subsequent activities such as minutes of meeting, actions follow up and reminders with concerned stakeholders Excellent command of spoken and written English, fluency is a plus
Previous experience working with top management and startups experience is a plus
Handles and keep up with office supply inventory.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant.
Proven 4 to 6 years of experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.
Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
Fluent English Speaker.
Proactive and reliable person with outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
Excellent organizational, management, time-management and problem-solving skills skills.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage to deadlines
Effective communication skills (influential across written, verbal and presentation)
