we are looking for Senior OD
Responsibilities
1: Manage OD deliverables:
1. Develop job analysis for new job profiles and review the current profiles on yearly basis and apply updates if needed
2. Apply performance management process and recommend techniques to cover the gaps
3. Review and update current policies in accordance with Egyptian employment laws
4. Supervise and coordinate training and development initiatives and activities
5. Manage internal and external audits, set plans and follow up implementation and effectiveness of the actions taken
6. Develop HR team documentation in sort of policies, processes and formats
