JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent financial planning knowledge.
A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required.
At least Eight years of relevant work experience.
Familiarity with data analysis and forecasting techniques.
Powerful analytical abilities
Understanding of accounting rules and best methods
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office
Ability to explain budgeting and financial information in plain terms
High accuracy and attention to detail
The capacity to lead and coordinate
A good command of the English language is required.
A construction background is a must.
