IT HELP DESK SUPPORT
A Multinational Bank is hiring an IT Help Desk support.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to our employees.
He will responsible for configure, troubleshooting , resolving network and operating systems issues.
he will be responsible for diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve software and hardware issues.
He will install/update/ upgrade applications, programs, antivirus…etc.
He will be the first level support to provide immediate support and gives a quick action to simple IT issues.
SOW
Installing and configuring computer hardware, Operating systems and applications.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and supporting Microsoft office issues and solving any related problems.
Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
Troubleshooting system and network issues.
Identifying hardware and software solutions.
Troubleshooting any other technical issues.
Diagnosing and repairing faults.
Working with MS Office products ( Outlook 365, Teams,Word,etc..).
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree “ Computer Science or Information System is preferred”.
1-3 years of relevant experience.
Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
Males only.
Fluent English language “Writing and Speaking.”
Maximum age is 30 years.
Military status: Completed or Exempted.
