DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEERS
We are hiring “ Desktop Support engineers “
job discretion:
– Responds to HQ and Branches user’s requests for information and assists in problem resolution.
– Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to software, hardware and networking.
– Identifies and initiates resolutions to client problems and concerns associated with office automation equipment, hardware and software to the client’s satisfaction.
– Maintains Operating Systems software updates.
– Ensure all support calls assigned are completed in timely manner within SLA and any exceptions/delays are brought to the attention of Supervisor.
– Provide exceptional customer service that increases the current customer satisfaction levels.
– Maintain documentation of existing systems and processes.
– Conform to IT and bank policy and procedures.
– Perform at or above the enterprise’s Information Technology performance
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
– Proven work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician.
– Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
– Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.
– Ability to travel and work after hours when necessary.
– Excellent interpersonal skills.
– Good written and verbal communication skills.
