QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER
“Quality Control Engineer”
-Duties and responsibilities:
• Implement, conduct and manage the QC activities as per the Company’s Quality Policy.
• Coordinate all inspections; monitor the required tests and record inspections and tests made via the Control Plan and Customers Specifications.
• Coordinate with the Production quality processes.
• Perform required quality analysis.
• Assists QC Manager.
• Attend Daily Review & fast response Meetings.
• Responsible for continual improvement activities within QC.
• Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall activities of receiving / in process and final inspection quality functions.
• Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products are in accordance with approved data.
• Support the Quality Inspectors.
• Conduct audits, Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints according to FMEA methodology.
-Requirements:
• Mechanical Engineering university degree.
• 2-3 yrs experience in manufacturing field.
• Office applications.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is preferable
