HR Executive

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs. HR Executive responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments (FinTech experience is a plus). Ultimately, you will help us make strategic decisions so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the company recruitment efforts. Manage the entire life cycle of employee recruitment. Identify gaps in the recruitment process, cultivate strong talent pipelines, and source viable candidate recommendations.
• Improve and model company best practices for hiring and talent management.
• Regularly liaise with executive management managers to inform the development and implementation of a long-term strategic plan for securing a high-quality, broad, and diverse candidates pipeline.
• Improve hiring processes and ensure effective resource allocation. Implement recruitment strategies and adjustments in response to ongoing data analysis.
• Ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Support other HR initiatives as needed.

• At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced recruiting role, ideally for FinTech or digital projects
• Knowledge of the software skills and certifications needed for success in today’s fintech industry
• Proven success collaborating with senior- and executive-level hiring managers
• Demonstrate knowledge and experience in driving in-house HR processes, protocols, and goals
• Impeccable attention to detail amid a fast-paced environment and deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communications skills (and we mean excellent)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
