About The Role

Hi all! We are growing our people and culture team, and are looking to hire a Total Rewards Manager to look after all of the global markets. In this role, you are expected to establish best practices, attract high-quality employees and reduce turnover by building and continuously upgrading the total rewards strategy for Foodics. Your responsibilities include researching employee motives, implementing appealing rewards, and tailoring benefit programs based on staff needs. To be successful in this role, you should have good knowledge of labor legislation and be familiar with organizational psychology and employee engagement. Ultimately, you will build fair and attractive compensation and benefits plans that help us improve employee satisfaction and create a productive workplace.

You will be working with senior management to ensure that total rewards programs support the company's business objectives and meet all legal requirements, at the same time, reflects the agile position that Foodics aims at in terms of providing total reward plans that assures internal equity and external competitiveness while remaining relevant to the countries we operate in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the total reward strategy, including salary benchmarking, benefits management, and regular compensation events such as bonus and salary reviews.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and guidelines. Ensure they are market competitive, cost smart, aligned with foodics goals, and compliant with company policies, legislation, and other government and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and direction while ensuring the regional deployment of the company's compensation programs, including salary planning/merit increases process, salary structures, variable pay, and other incentive programs to ensure alignment with the company's goals, initiatives, and budget.
  • Work in partnership with external vendors and consultants in both compensation and benefit arenas to ensure the company is positioned competitively and stays current on trends/changes in the SaaS and general tech industries.
  • Showcase capability and ability to advise senior managers and HR on all issues relating to employee total reward in a way that keeps internal and external equity, at the same time, increases employee satisfaction with the plans provided
  • Regularly conduct salary reviews and relevant market benchmark activities to guarantee the consistency of application and ensure that foodics scales across multiple locations are competitive and position the organization at the attractive correct position among the countries it operates in
  • Lead the efforts and committees responsible for regular job evaluation cycles, job grade building, and salary scale designing based on international best practices, salary studies, and other standard merits.
  • Design and regularly review commission plans in a way that results in good top performance and pushes forward product sales in accordance with Foodic's product strategy and priorities.
  • Play a critical role in the due diligence process and comprehensive review of all compensation and benefit plans for new ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Owns the design, regulars review, and implementation of employee stock options for relevant employee groups
  • Head the job evaluation and grading exercises with the relevant committees and conduct them if/when needed.

Requirements


  • 7+ years of experience in function-owning role
  • Experience in building local and global total rewards strategies and plans
  • Resourceful and has the right network to support activities pertinent to salary scales and benchmark activities
  • Demonstrates commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to align reward policy to business objectives
  • Highly analytical, with solid skills in manipulating numbers and numerical data
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot table and excel sheet modeling
  • Previous experience in investment, stock management, and deep awareness of investing principles is a big plus
  • Has the latest market knowledge, including recent tax inferences, particularly about benefits and pay
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) is preferred
  • Good Knowledge of the Technology sector is a plus
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems
  • Familiarity with labor legislation
  • BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Finance or relevant field
