HR Manager for Talent bay

HR Manager (Head of Department) is required for a big industrial company located in 10th Ramadan City.
Major requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or its equivalents.
· 7+ years of experience.
· HR Diploma is a must.
· MBA is preferred.
· Fluent in English.
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
· Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
· Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
· Advanced financial management and budgeting skills.
· Excellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
· Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.
· Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
