HR Outsourcing and Employee Relations Senior Supervisor

Provides Egypt outsourcing staff the best implementation of labor law, social insurance, and headcount outsourcing management with quality and satisfaction of internal and external customers.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

Manages Egypt outsourcing activities; Hiring administration, Leaves, Payroll, and Employees requests. Builds Egypt outsourcing budget. Manages the outsourcing reward annual review cycle. Manages grievances and disciplinary actions complying with company code of conduct, policies, and regulations for Egypt outsourcing. Analyses the violations trends and come up with root cause analysis and recommended resolutions to reduce the trends.
