We are currently looking for a Department Assistant to join our Sales Team, who will provide effective, timely & reliable administrative support to the various aspects of the business unit agenda, the BEO, the field sales team and the HO team.

Main Responsibilities;

  • Managing the communication between the executive and other departments
  • Making required preparations for sales meetings and preparing/distributing meeting minutes when necessary
  • Providing support in related business fillings, documents, presentations and reports
  • Arranging detailed travel plans and organising team events
  • Supporting department communication with 3rd parties
  • Managing department documentation and administrative duties

Qualifications required for this position are as follows;

  • University degre
  • At least 2 years of successful experience in executive/administrative Assistant
  • Excellent command of English (both written and verbal)
  • Good command of MS Office applications
  • Ability to multi task and work independently, work under pressure, manage time efficiently and effectively, proactively execute and follow up on the tasks at hand, take initiative and solve problems
  • Strong results focus
