We are currently recruiting for an On-Call/Extra Busperson. This is a union non-management position.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
• Must have minimum of 1+ years fine dining experience in an upscale bar/lounge/restaurant
• Food, wine, and cocktail knowledge
• Able to cope with stress and work in a high volume operation
• Must be able to prioritize and multi-task
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends & holidays

General Requirements

• Position regularly involves lifting food trays plates weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Pushing and pulling tables and chairs is required.
• Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, glassware and silverware in an unobtrusive manner

Knowledge And Skills

• Education: High school education or equivalent experience.
