Customer Support Representatives for Wemng

Wemng is looking to hire #Customer Support Representatives for a Cosmetics company in Maadi.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a similar field
· Age: 18-35
· Females only
· Good English
· Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Strong sense of responsibility
· Excellent verbal skills
· Strong cross-functional relationship management
· Experience working in customer support is a plus
· Work location: Maadi- Taqseem El Laselky
· Work hours: Fixed 8 work hours: 9:30 AM – 7 PM (including 3 breaks)
Fridays and Saturdays: from 12:00 PM to 7 PM
· Days off: one day off rotational
