Program Manager main mission is to globally manage Software program part of software application Center of Excellence and to drive the program towards success managing its various streams from definition, development till proper deployment and support at production environment

Responsibilities

Program Manager shall ensure that the solution(s) achieves the program objectives in accordance with defined strategy and standards, the Program Manager shall :

• Drive/monitor the development/validation and deployment of the developed solution(s)
• He/she notably ensures the delivery of planned releases, in accordance with committed level of quality, and in accordance with allocate budget
• Assign and follow actions resolution
• Assess program risks, and track mitigation actions
• Manage the allocated budget
• Ensure continuous improvement actions (tech watch, benchmarks etc)
• Define/drive the change management and deployment strategies
• Demonstrate the compliance of the solution and the relevance of the Change Mgmt strategy through Pilot(s)
• Follow change management actions and solution deployment, and raise alerts
• Provide KPIs on Business performance, Solution deployment, adoption and usage, Data Quality, solution performance, availability, licenses consumption, and performance of the support brought to End-Users
• Ensure validation of decisions by the relevant governance
• Report program status in recurring governance committees (PMC, PSC etc)
