Requirements:
– 0 1 year of experience
-Fluent English.
-HR certificate is a plus.
-Call center background is a must
-Nearby residential is preferred.
Job description:
-Develop and execute recruiting plans.
-Creates his/her own pool of qualified candidates.
-Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process.
-Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
Benefits:
-8 working hours: From 9 AM to 5 PM.
-2 days off: Friday, Saturday.
