Retail Area Manager for Femex

Femex for import is hiring a Retail Area Manager.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree.
– Very good English & Very good computer skills.
– At least 5 years of experience in fashion retail management as an area manager.
– Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
– Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
– Distinct communication skills, including a willingness to offer positive and negative feedback as needed.
– Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate across different levels of an organization.
– Excellent organizational skills and an ability to create easily followed guidelines for others.
– Strongly self-motivated, including studying and maintaining working knowledge of industry standards and trends.

– High-end brands experience preferred
