A big travel agency located in Heliopolis is hiring Contracting Agent with the following requirements :-
1- University Graduate
2- Very good / Excellent command of English.
3- Able to use Word / Excel
4- Lives close to Heliopolis
5- (Preferably – not required) experience in travel agencies
Job Description:-
1) Upload hotel/transportation rates to the system
2) Follow-up with the hotels daily rates
3) Setup new deals and special offers with the hotels
4) Upload the hotel requirements & terms and conditions
5) Manages the open sales & stop sales of the hotels
