Qualifications:
BSc. Degree of Communication Engineering or Computer science
CCNA is necessary.
CCNP is preferred.
Very good Knowledge in networking solutions and services.
Very good writing and reporting skills.
Very good communication skills.
Very good in English language.
Ability to work under stress and pressure.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in the same time.
Flexibility in terms of working hours.
Call center background skills.

2 years Experience in the field of data communication is a plus
