Job Purpose

• Supervises the contractor's finishing projects from planning to execution to ensure compliance with the contract .
• Execute the construction works according to the plan.

Job Responsibilities

• Considers in detail the plans and contracts documents regarding finishing projects and informs the execution supervision head of any deficiencies in the design or documents to take the necessary corrective actions.
• Supervises the implementation of works on the ground regarding finishing projects on a daily and monthly basis and inform the direct manager of any defects and violations in the executed works to take the necessary corrective actions.
• Participates in considering the contractor's submittals regarding finishing projects and determine their compliance with the contract requirements to ensure compliance with the contract.
• Receives the works handover requests submitted by the contractor regarding finishing projects, inspects and takes the accurate measurements of the works, and signs the works receipt requests with approval or disapproval while clarifying the disapproval causes to ensure compliance with the contract.
• Reviews the project’s design changes to comply with the plan execution.
• Participates in preparing budgets, bids and contracts to make the project requirements available.
• Participates in the development or execution of policies, standards or procedures for the engineering and technical work to maintain the quality of works.
• Participates in setting scientific or technical goals to meet the requirements of the senior management.
• Reviews and matches the architectural and construction panels, identifies and clarifies the differences between them and coordinates among the project’s different engineering departments to achieve the common goals.
• Considers the plans and contract documents in detail regarding finishing projects and informs the execution manager of any shortage in the design or documents so that he can take corrective actions.
• Drafts and prepares the handover requests submitted to the consultant regarding finishing projects and architectural works and prepares the necessary documents and panels to implement the plan.
• Supervises the implementation of works on the ground regarding the finishing works on a daily and monthly basis and informs the direct manager of any defects and violations in the executed works to take the necessary corrective actions.
• Participates in conducting the project’s feasibility study through understanding the various methods of analysis and needs and market demand to determine the feasibility of the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 4-6  years of experience in relevant field.
• Mastery of CAD and AutoCAD software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
