Cartona is a B2B e-commerce marketplace, we directly connect retailers (markets, supermarkets, kiosks) with suppliers, wholesalers and producing companies. Through Cartona retailers can browse, compare and order their merchandise, saving time, money and effort in their daily operations.

 

What We Are Looking For.

 

The Unit Manager will oversee and coordinate all retail activities in an assigned region.

 

Location. Upper Egypt

 

Your Day In a Nutshell Might Include

 

  • Provides leadership to the assigned region, overseeing retail activities
  • Reviews and analyzes regional sales and operational records and reports
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement and implements training, strategies, policies, goals, and other resources to maximize productivity and morale.
  • Schedules and directs regular sales meetings and events to share information, set and revise goals, and to increase morale.
  • Collaborates with executive leadership to develop territories, sales quotas, and strategies.
  • Maintains knowledge of market, competition, and best practices and trends in sales techniques and strategies.
  • Ensures that our sales force are achieving their full potential and have access to appropriate support.
  • Developing sales department policies.
  • Developing sales pitches.

  • Your analytical and reporting skills are exceptional.
  • You have Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Your adaptability to market changes and trends are superb.

 

We Are Looking For You If

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field
  • Preferably males
  • Proven experience (5-7 years) in Consumer facing sectors – Retail/ FMCG Preferred.
