JOB PURPOSE:
Operate all the Civil and Fire Protection daily works of maintenance activities along with all facilities in the LRT stations and buildings to enhance the smooth operations for buildings and ensure maintenance reliability.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
• Assist the facilities technicians in the daily work activities by the related department to enhance LRT buildings and stations efficiency and to ensure maintenance reliability.
• Monitor and reporting the Fire Protection sub-contractor’s tasks and performance to ensure work completion properly.
• Operating along with the maintenance activities according to the business needs and roster planning.
• Diagnose the faults as reported to follow the maintenance and repairing action plan and following the direct instructions from facilities technician.
• Ensure the proper utilization of tools and spare parts usage to make the proper optimization of maintenance process.
• Ensure tools and spare parts availability in the warehouse and report any kind of shortage in case of that.
• Apply the proper checklist regulations to ensure the equipment availability and reliability as maintenance activities requires.
• Monitor and ensure the implementation of the housekeeping activities in LRT Bader Depot as required.
• Generate the relevant statistical maintenance report on periodical bases; (Daily – Weekly – Monthly).
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and following the safety rules and permits as instructed.
• Perform all types of technical works which will be requested from Facilities supervisor like (Painting, plumbing, Gypsum works, metal works, Concrete and masonry works, Fire protection, Tiling, following up for housekeeping works)

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Vocational Diploma/ or a suitable relevant degree
KNOWLEDGE:
• Good acknowledgement in Civil and Facilities repairing works as assigned.
EXPERIENCE:
• 3 years’ experience in Metro Stations construction civil works
