About the job

Main Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop and execute strategic marketing plan and digital marketing plan.

• Execute offline/digital marketing activities.
• Deep knowledge and experience in search engine optimization (link building, keywords targeting, SEO tools, Google AdWords certification);

• Develop and implement creative marking concepts that will support the brand, and generate revenues.

• Conduct market and marketing research/survey in coordination with the CEO

• Create Social media ads “Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn”.

• Create Google ads “Search, Display and YouTube campaigns”.

• Responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy/ on-page and off-page SEO to increase rankings on all major search networks.

• Analyze and optimize digital data on Google Analytics, Search Console, and other relevant tools.

• Create a content plan in coordination with the graphic designer.

• Publish and share organic posts on all social platforms, and write captions as needed.

• Oversee the social media moderator to ensure that everything is going as planned and agreed.

• Oversee designs before posting them on social media.

• Stay up to date with the market and online trends relevant to the brands

• Measure and reports all offline/online campaigns' performance and assess goals (ROI and KPIs).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent
• 4-5 years of experience in a similar field
• Requires strong leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, active listening, quantitative skills, persuasive oral and written communication, project management, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven execution ability, including digital marketing experience.
• Experience with analytics tools “Google Analytics” and CRM systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office
