IT infrastructure Administrator for Nile integration

We are now seeking an IT infrastructure Administrator (immediately).
3 to 5 years of experience as an IT infrastructure support/administrator.

1- Managing IT operations such as operating systems, security tools, apps, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
2-Expert in Active Directory, Domain Controller, and Group Policy, MCSE/practical experience desirable.
3- Office365/Azure Active Directory Expertise.
4-Expert in backup solutions and strategy (prefer BackupExec,…)
5-Strong understanding of VMware ESXi, Venter, and VM creation
6- Strong understanding of VPN, installation, and troubleshooting – OpenVPN.
7- Manage internet setup and VDSL monitoring.
8- Manage and install whole computer operating systems as high-level support.
9-Provide High-Level Support for software and hardware.
10- Report Backup and restore all servers and networks.
11- Keep track of the network and server performance.
12- Offer antivirus software and all required security mechanisms.
13- Ensure that IT First Line Support (Help Desk) is provided at the highest quality possible.
14- Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, hardware, and software, as well as Group infrastructure projects.
18-Experience with firewalls (Sophos, FortiGate, etc.)
19- Solid network knowledge, access point
20- Solid understanding of communication links ( Leased line VDSL,.. )
21-Excellent communication abilities in both English and Arabic
22-Excellent communication with vendors to open tickets and follow up on licenses.
23-Excellent documentation abilities.
24-Preferred address for residents (October City, and Zayed )
Smart Village is the location of the customer.
Net Salary: 6 to 8 thousand LE, depending on credentials.
Date of hire: immediately
