About the job

• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, customers, partnerships, services - or new ways of reaching current/new markets.
• Develop new partnership arrangements with the new Partners for the benefits of the Company’s strategic view in alignment with the sales team.
• Present Company’s capabilities and service offerings, service benefits and value propositions to the target markets and accounts.
• Define, drive and own the client satisfaction business requirements towards improving services and its delivery.
• Alignment with the sales Teams to develop the promotional strategy and activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Perform the proper alignment between the sales team and the technical teams.

Job Requirements

Experience

Minimum (8) years of experience in the International Voice telecommunication industry.

Minimum (3) years of business development of voice services.

Education

Possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunication or Computer Science).

Skills

• Highly analytical in problem solving with the ability to apply original and innovative thinking.
• General understanding of the technical requirements for Voice Traffic Exchange business.
• Management experience is essential.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills needed.
• Self-management and excellent networking ability.
