About the job

Roles

  • Coordinating activities between Telecom Egypt’s Partners to identify and pursue joint sales opportunities.
  • Ensuring that partners are an extension of our team and insuring harmony in the company strategy and objectives.
  • Cultivating, maintaining and developing relationships among business partners to identify ways to increase revenue.
  • Interacting with partner companies, negotiating, and maintaining new sales agreements with Customers and Partners.
  • Identify, initiate and maintain relationships with the partners to achieve the ultimate goal of a partnership.
  • Address the Gaps in the Digital Market and find the right partners to fill this gap insuring neutrality and service continuity.
  • Designing and implementing strategic sales plans with the Partners specifying sales targets, tactics, challenges, and targeted markets.
  • Analyzing sales activities with the partners and improving sales productivity.
  • Ensure the positioning of the company’s Digital services offered thru partners to be aligned with the same services directly offered by Telecom Egypt.
  • Gather technical, financial, market and other relevant information to create compelling products and services with Partners in line with company’s product roadmap.
  • Evaluate the sales performance against its goals and make data-driven decisions.
  • Identify most profitable partnerships and expand the markets reach and customers’ base.
  • Identify, contact and build relationships with prospective customers to expand and develop the customers’ base.
  • Identify the nature and preferences of the major players in the market.
  • Establish an excellent working relationship with Partners to improve the business relationship and level of overall service offered thru Partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the partners and the sales peers to share best-practices and with other business line executives to ensure that the “voice of the customer” is reflected in marketing, product, operational and financial decision-making processes.
  • Coordinate, track, and facilitate various assigned project activities and obtain necessary approval to keep projects and workflow moving.
  • Conduct meetings and negotiations with the partners.
  • Responsible for accurate forecasting and pipeline analytics with the partners.

 

Experience

  • Minimum (8) years of experience in the telecommunication industry.
  • Minimum (2) years of sales experience in data centers Services to International Customers.
  • Minimum (2) years of commercial experience in submarine cables sales activities.
  • Minimum (2) years of experience in selling International Connectivity services.

Education

· Engineering Bachelor's Degree (Telecommunications).

Professional Degree Business Administrations is preferred.

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business documents (terms and conditions, technical procedures, etc.
