What you'll do:

• Work closely with the digital marketing, CRM and business analytics team to ensure we are optimizing call outs and using the strongest channels for the relevant categories.
• Support with campaign execution and analyzing Data to optimize campaigns & Divert Traffic efficiently to achieve monthly GMV targets.
• Optimize category's navigation / Pages and merchandise onsite for optimum conversion
• Constantly analyze category data and try various campaigns/ideas which will help conversion rate optimization for the categories.
• Benchmark across various companies/industries to stay up to date with technologies and customer acquisition/retention methods which can be used towards Noon’s campaigns.
• Drive overall customer experience & enhancement initiatives for relevant categories across the site.
• Liaise with category managers on deals for relevant categories
• Manage all co-marketing activities with tier 1 vendors

What you'll need:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Precise judgment and strong decision-making skills to enable the right actions for the category
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of presenting within senior forums
• Able to operate across and manage multiple roles/functions
• World class thought leadership
• Ability to roll up sleeves and get your hands dirty when you’re needed to
• Work in highly ambiguous situations comfortably
• Proven ability in working under high pressure, target oriented job profile with successful track record
