To achieve this goal, noon has built end-to-end in-house capabilities across all verticals. After launching in 2017, we are now looking for aggressive scaling strategies to maximize our customer reach and product offerings.

What will you do?

• Coordinate with the commercial and the product catalog team for all categories through assigning product attributions, ensuring all styles have copy and imagery
• Facilitate communications between ecommerce merchandising and buying teams (ensuring what all is in the pipeline with respect to products)
• Work with the Buying team for sourcing deals and promotion, based on a merchandising calendar
• Champion the consumer through all processes and last touch of all site collateral. Ensuring the customer journey via all routes is uniform and seamless.
• Follow the Categorization Dynamic Rules set by the Associate Manager to ensure all product is logically placed in the correct category and provide a consistent experience across the site
• Ensure the Search results and Product Grouping Pages (PGP) produce products that best match what the consumer is looking for. Improve and perfect the sort order, filters, and corresponding attributes so consumers can easily shop the page
• Partner with the site experience team to maximize all aspects of the Product Detail Page (PDP)- set default images to showcase the strongest colorway, execute size charts (if applicable) and improve recommenders
• Partner with site experience, merch, and dev to own the execution of Master product sets, review outcome and identify needed improvements for development to improve the experience
• Execute translation for all site collateral so it meets legal requirements and can be utilized on.
• Working and understanding the local and in house tools to ensure all the banners, carousel and other web and app assets are deployed and monitored
• Maintain detailed documents on all processes, opportunities and KPIs. Be able to train other associates
• Manage, schedule and tracking of site components to align with brand campaigns and key initiatives
• Collaborate with the Creative and Site Experience Teams to ensure alignment on the creative direction and implementation of onsite marketing content
• Facilitate merchandising of product onsite, including sorting, category creation and implementation
• Manage QA processes to ensure creative executions align with site standards

What will you need?

• Bachelors in Business Administration or a similar field
• Fresh or recent graduate, with a strong desire and passion for e-commerce
• Strong project management, problem solving and organizational skills
• An individual who works collaboratively and is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast paced environment in a volatile industry
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked and high energy environment
• Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
• History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
• Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results
• Experience working in a similar or related role
