Valeo Service is the Valeo group's aftermarket activity. It provides to all networks around the world a wide range of products and services designed to increase the efficiency of repairers' work and to provide consumers with greater safety, comfort and driving pleasure.
You join Valeo’s Digital Factory in Cairo, inside the Smart Village;
You belong to the Digital CRM & eCommerce department, a team of 10 people splitted into Cairo and Valeo Service headquarter in Saint Denis (Paris, France) inside the Strategic Marketing, Digital & Innovation organization.
Within the Digital CRM & eCommerce team and in relation with the Communication and Product teams, you contribute to the E-commerce strategy with a selection of major ePlayers, in all divisions at a global scale.You interact with regional marketing, pricing, sales, supply chain managers and members of the digital team to spread the eCommerce spirit within the organization.
- You supervise the eCommerce activity on your scope of eCommerce players
You proceed to data analysis, account prioritization and references selections
You drive the yearly communication plan with the ePlayers. You bring your support for the campaign strategy: execution, testing, optimization.
You identify and communicate trends in increased or decreased sales. You are passionate about benchmarks and investigations and you bring your input to optimize the content, key words.
- You keep optimizing the eCommerce organic and paid strategy:
You work on content & product communication optimization.
You act as an expert on ongoing and future projects to keep improving the way Valeo Service deals with eRetailers.
You coordinate global paid marketing strategy together with the local eTrade Marketing Manager at division level.
You create the annual ecommerce optimization content calendar across platforms.
- You support the local eCommerce strategy:
You contribute to the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans with divisions.Your role is therefore to animate, support and stimulate these local initiatives in countries and regions in order to increase their online sales. You train the divisions to spread the eCommerce expertise data cleaning, SEO, SEA, reporting and share best practices.
- You follow-up the performance and you share:
You provide reports, benchmarks and comparative analysis between Valeo and its competitors in the field of automotive spare parts and between Valeo and the best brands in its class. You arrange marketing weekly content to review the eCommerce performance (traffic, Advertising), and you contribute to the quarterly business review with key ePlayers.You measure the KPIs on eCommerce funnel, and suggest improvement plans.
You are an eCommerce expert, with significant experience with some of the main eCommerce players, such as Ebay, Aliexpress, Walmart or Alibaba, in addition to Amazon.
You know how to proceed with content optimization & advertising and understand how the supply chain is key for eCommerce.
You are a Digital native eager to be hands-on in a strategic project.
You have a Master's degree or a university degree.
You are fluent in English.
