شرح مهام الوظيفة

  • Drafting routine legal documents using previously approved clauses and forms with an escalation mechanism in case of extensive markup.
  • Drafting, customization and amending POAs, NDAs and LOIs.
  • Creating tools to customize and automate department functions.
  • Responsible for the automatization and digitalization projects in the department.
  • Produces and compile information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
  • Maintains stakeholders’ confidence by providing on the spot information and support and redirecting stakeholders to alternative team members in case other team members are not available.
  • Receiving requests from stakeholders and distribute such requests on team members using a previously approved matrix of responsibilities.
  • Develop, update and maintains the Business Continuity Plan of the Department.
  • Secures information by completing regular data backups from all team members.
  • Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Act as liaison with other departments and functions.
  • Analyzing international treaties and laws to serve the Department’s work.
  • Preparing the tender data sheet by revising the Instructions to Bidders (ITB) and the terms and conditions.
  • Conserves team’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications and conference calls.
  • Translating legal documents between languages of proficiency.
