Job Number:

 Reviewing and making full analysis for contracts terms and conditions; summarizing, prioritizing and reporting their impact/risks to the management for taking the necessary decisions.
 Negotiating the contractual deviations, commercial proposals and payment terms with the clients in the pre-bid meetings and ask for clarifications.
 Conducting and negotiating different agreements (MoU, JV, consortium, LOIs, LOAs, NDA, etc.) and maintain proper communication/coordination with partners.
 Conducting and negotiating the Subcontracts with subcontractors and ensure the back to back principle in regards of the contractual risks, payment terms, etc.
