شرح مهام الوظيفة

#HR #Specialist is urgently required for a Construction Company in Hadayek October, he/she will be responsible for:
Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; training and development
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters
Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
Investigate complaints brought forward by employees
Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
Assist with budget monitoring and payroll
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
1-3 years of experience in HR Coordinator/Assistant position
Excellent in English
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office, and related HR software
