TransOcean is extending its family so we are looking for highly organized candidates to fill a vacancy in the export operation department

About the job

· Handle logistics and operation transportation.

· Follow up on the shipment on daily basis.

· Keep track of delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.

· Managing shipments’ arrangements (booking, Issuing B/L’S tracking, Clearance)

· Confirm the Shipping instructions with shipping lines

· Resolve any arising problems or complaints.

· Coordinating and revising documents from suppliers/customers.

· Create and Manage ACID for each shipment

· Follow up with the Customs team on the Shipment clearance Progress

· Direct, optimize and coordinate the full logistics cycle.

About You

· Being a Operation Manager is your plan, not your dream.

· 5 years of experience in similar positions.

· Experience in fright forwarding is a MUST.

· 2+ years experience in export is a plus.

Job Requirements

· Experience in fright forwarding is a MUST.

· Good Knowledge of the Customs and clearance process.

· Knowledge of ISO / Flexi tanks shipment procedures is a plus.

· Experience in overseas shipments. 

· Experience with air freight shipments is a plus.

· Good command of English (spoken and written).

· Proficiency in MS 365.

· Excellent communication skills.

Work Location: Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt.
