Job Requirements
-Proven practical experience as a human resources manager for at least 5 years (must -have previously worked in pharmacy chains)
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
-Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
-In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practice
-Excellent communication skills.
-English: Excellent
-Human Resources Diploma
-Effective cooperation with all levels of employees and superiors.
-The ability to handle confidentiality in a professional and appropriate manner.
