Quality Assurance Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:

– Bachelor’s degree preferable Computer Sciences/Engineering faculty or any equivalent major
– 2+ years of Experience
– IT Service/Software Development Life Cycle Knowledge
– Strong attention to detail required
– Very good English, Communication, negotiation skills and time management skills
– Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Visio, PPT, Word)
– Preferably to have knowledge of the below:
#ISO 9001:2015
Root Cause Analysis tools & techniques
Customer Communication
