It Help Desk is required for Gazayerli Group Egypt
This is some points for the help desk intern job description :
· Provide 1st line support for users .
· Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and software issues .
· Good knowledge with Mac and Windows OS installation and troubleshooting
· Some experience with Mac application installation and troubleshooting .
· Installing and upgrading hardware and software systems.
· Basics in Office 365 .
· Providing support in person, over the phone, or via remote access.
· Completing and follow support tickets.
· Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service
· Good knowledge for TCP/IP and Network in general .
· Some knowledge in printing issues .
· Understanding of IT principles .
Job requirements :
· Good knowledge of help desk software and remote-access systems.
· High-level communication skills.
· Knowledge of computer software systems, including databases, office applications, and operating systems.
