As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of Field sales. You will be responsible for ensuring the team meets their sales and collection targets.

 

In This Role, You Will

 

  • Build a strong team by recruiting and training new sales employees, assigning specific tasks to other sales employees, and monitoring the team's sales performance.
  • Solve customer complaints and answer customers' questions.
  • Develop team skills and knowledge
  • Provide the sales team with constructive feedback and assist employees to solve customers' problems.
  • Motivate the sales team and create an atmosphere of healthy competition among the team.
  • Maintain positive customer relations.
  • Provide management with sales reports
  • Create plan for the team for monthly consistent achievement
  • Manage strong relation with all company departments
  • Enhance the sales process
  • Set KPIs for the team and ensure it is achieved by the team
  • Support the team and enhance their selling skills

 

Requirements

 

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent in English Communication
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales. 2 years in managing a successful team.
  • Sales, Real Estate, E-commerce, Subscription background.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Strong time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude, Ownership
  • Result oriented and very hard worker
  • Time Management
  • Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
  • Problem solving ability
