Country Finance Lead for FilKhedma

FilKhedma (Acquired by Sweepsouth) is hiring Country Finance Lead – Egypt.

Requirements:-
● Proven experience of at least 10 -15 years in finance.
● Qualified CPA preferred.
● Master’s degree a bonus.
● Fluent in Arabic and English.
● Egypt GAAP & IFRS knowledge essential.
● Strong experience working with taxes
● Resilient and Agile
● Extensive experience in process development and improvement is essential.
● Experience working in a role with multi-disciplinary reporting lines is essential.
● Experience working in a cross-cultural organization is essential.
● Technology/e-commerce background is highly preferred.
● Previous high-growth start-up experience is preferred.
● Advanced Excel skills.
● Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize important projects.
● Excellent communication skills.
