Tatware is looking to hire:
1. Software Developer Team lead
• Take up responsibility for the entire Project.
• Carefully analyses the project and rectifies the errors found in the process.
• Undergoing the process of analysis in order to fulfill the requirement of system-wide.
• Developing the detailed design structure after understanding the requirements and the design.
• Implementing the best practices and coding standards of the project.
• Keep on asking for reviews and feedback from your peers.
• Reporting for all the weekly tasks in form of accurate and detailed reports.
• To keep a check on the whole system, conduct the testing and integration testing for the entire system.
• Working on identifying the project risk and planning mitigation action with the PM at the project level.
• Should be proactive while reacting to surprises and should have written explanations for the same.
• Also has to assist and guide the Project Lead/PM/BA in project coordination.
• To ensure that the Team is working as per the listed procedures, should conduct FIR- Process check master.
• Should also work on constantly increasing the productivity of the team and reducing the waste on the other end.
• Should inspire all the other team members, a Lead who is looked upon by all the members.

Requirements:
• Should have from +5 years of experience in software stacks
• A Bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Should have strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, and analytical skills
• Should have Strong leadership skills
• Experience and desire to work in microservices is plus
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Experience in programming especially in .net or java, node js, angular, and JQuery.
• Experience in common third-party APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns.
• Should have enough knowledge about the design too in order to involve with the designing team.
• Customer Oriented, Flexible, Attention to Detail, and Deadline-Oriented individual.
• Team player, self-learner, and positive person.
• Abide by all the project and company guidelines and standards and ensure that even the team
• members are doing so.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Fulfilling all the commitments by timely delivering the deliverables.
• Maintaining the account of time and also reporting regularly of own work.
• Ensure fair task assignments where people are assigned the task as per their skills and personal preferences.
• Constantly motivate and encourage the team to give their best, especially during the time when they are pressurized with high targets.
• Make yourself completely aware of all the technologies thoroughly, especially the ones associated with software or application which is under construction.
• Strong English is highly preferred.
• Share the success and failures with the team.
