Job Responsibilities

• Business Analyst is responsible for understanding and assessing the changing needs of the business with technical software industry understanding.
• Analyze the impacts of change, document and support communication between relevant groups and stakeholders, and capture, Requirements needed to initiate a change.

Job Required Skills

• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Advanced technical skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Competency in design tools to visualize the complex information/requirements for presentation to different audiences/stakeholders.
• Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel etc...
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3 years’ experience as IT Business Analyst.
