Project Manager

Ensure that project goals are met through overall management responsibilities in all project phases. Liaise with the client to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
Responsible for project scheduling and project decisions which may include, but is not limited to: site improvements, entitlements, permits; design team management, financial management including cash flows, cost reports and other monthly reports.
Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
Schedule, conduct and chair progress meetings and issue minutes and action lists as required
Insure that the project is completed within time, Budget & quality Objectives through monitoring and reporting on the resource allocation and project progress status
Direct and control the project team to ensure that they achieve their objectives and that the best possible use is made of available staff resources
Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
PMP is highly preferred.
Experience in multinational construction companies or major tier one Egyptian construction companies.
Minimum 20 years of experience in construction industry.
Experience in the execution of five stars hospitality projects required.
Management of construction projects exceeding 100 million dollars in value.
Knowledge of construction software programs such as Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Project etc.
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
The successful candidate must have prior hospitality experience in the Middle East. Expats and Egyptians are welcome to apply
