IT Specialist for Hyper One

Technical support specialist (IT Specialist) is urgently needed for huge company located in “10th of Ramadan ” working in retail field.
1 year experience at least in technical support.
Have a good knowledge in hardware.
Have main networking knowledge.
 Have main system-admin knowledge (OU, DNS, DHCP, group policy, file server, … etc ).
Excellent troubleshooter.
 Have a good communication skills,
 Able to work in night shifts (if needed).
 Able to work in a team.
 Preferred who worked before in the retail field but not mandatory.
 Salary determined during the interview based on the experience (with a good start).
