1) Sales Director:
8-10 years of experience in the real estate field.
Develop & maintain sales setup. Set, implement & achieve sales objectives & strategies. Plan and carry out sales related activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales. Develop, periodically review & update all sales policies, and pricing strategies for all projects. Direct channel development activity coordinating sales distribution according to set plans. Track, push, manage, coach and motivate sales managers and direct reporting staff to achieve best results. Periodically review personal & career goals with each sales team member in order to achieve personal and company’s goals in coordination with Human Resources Department.

2) Sales Manager:
Experience 5-7 years in Real Estate Sales.
Develop and implement sales goals and strategies. Plan and implement research and development activities in accordance with market requirements and business development. Assisting with budgets, estimating sales volume, and product assortment. Manage sales and target delivery of all agreed activities within the budget.
Sales analysis and statistics collected to develop methods and plans for sales policies. Planning and implementing activities to achieve sales goals.

3) Sales Supervisor:
Experience of 3 to 5 years in sales profession
Supervise the Sales Team to achieve sales targets. Motivate, coach & develop sales team. Help & support sales team to overcome job problems & obstacles. Report sales activities & competition activities to Sales manager. Direct sales to cover up in shifts & in crowded days. Make sure that the branch is organized, clean & welcoming. Make sure that all sales kits & documentations & printing material are available. Monitor sales activities & behaviors. Appraise & evaluate sales performance and attitude Recommend disciplinary actions & incentives when needed.

4) Senior Property Consultant:
2-4 years of experience in the real estate field.
Welcome clients and give them all the time they need for any project according to specialization. Explain and present the project that suits the client needs. Make an attractive sales Presentation to the clients & let the client feel special. Accompany the client to site to influence his/her decision guidelines. Encourage the client to pass leads of his friends & relatives. Following up with the client after his first visit. Encourage the client to close before the unit is sold to another one. Revising our daily sales report everyday so that no single client can be dropped. Making sure that the client wrote all his checks and signed the contracts for every sold unit.
