Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree & 5-7 years’ equivalent work experience in an HR role.
– Restaurant /Hospitality experience is a must.
– Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word & Excel.
– Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to problem solve and think strategically.
– Excellent time-management skills; effective organizing skills; ability to plan and prioritize own work program under tight deadlines.
– Strong interpersonal skills & the ability to work effectively with people of different national and cultural backgrounds.
