One of our clients requires ” a Technical Support Engineer”
Technical Responsibilities:
Qualification:
– Experience: 1 – 3 years
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
– Proven work experience in IT operations
– Expertise in supporting large-scale distributed systems
Skills:
– Good English.
– Able to work under stress.
– Customer Oriented.
– Good Communication Skills.
– Able to work on shift Basis.
– Working knowledge of operating systems; hardware servers and storage, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, system performance-monitoring tools, active directories, and virtualization
– Technical Certification is a plus.
– Analytical Skills and attention to details.
– Self-motivation and willingness to learn;
