Qualification Requirements:
Effectiveness with which employee affairs and concerns are handled.
Ability to develop and review employee performance evaluation system.
Excellent interviewing and analyzing skills.
Ability to organize, develop, and motivates an effective and efficient staff.
Strategic Planning ability
Leadership, management and supervisory skills
Effective communications, influencing and public speaking skills
Interpersonal skills and ability to interact with sources of employees, local authorities, and external entities effectively.
Competent knowledge of the Egyptian labor Law
Ability to prepare, control and manage HR budgets
Ability to manage people, change, conflict and negotiate terms
Strong computer skills and literacy in Microsoft applications.
Fluent command of English both written and oral
