Senior Front End developers for Spiritude

Spiritude is looking for Senior Front End developers for immediate hiring:
Responsibilities:
Build beautiful, snappy, and native-feeling UI experiences
Provide architectural oversight and mentoring of junior developers
Be accountable for successful product deliverables
Collaborate closely with Product, Project Management, and Backend teams
Partner with multi-functional teams to define problems and design and scope solutions
Assist team in triaging bugs and resolving production issues
Qualifications:
4+ years of proven track record with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
Deep expertise with ReactJS and React Testing Library (or similar)
Experience and familiarity with Backend for Frontend (BFF) and Micro-Frontend (MFE) Architecture
Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with UI/UX to create technically feasible designs
Experience setting up modern JavaScript application tooling (NPM, Webpack)
Experience in profiling, monitoring, and improving frontend performance (Lighthouse)
Experience and interest in working with our stack and tools
Able to pick up new concepts quickly and put them into practice
