Job requirements:
* 1to2 years experience is required in customer service .

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Job responsibilities:
* Research and resolve customer complains.
* Communicate with customers directly to resolve issues and follow up when necessary.
* Provide accurate and valid solutions according to our company’s policy.
* Handle problems / customers in a timely manner.
* Report with complaint process.
working hours: 8 working hrs., 1 day off
